The recent Holiday Season seemed to be all about the sweet treats. - Fresh fruit: Finish off a romantic dinner with fresh fruit instead of a sugary dish. Strawberries are a tasty treat for the special day, even without being dipped in chocolate! As a side benefit, strawberries contain malic acid, which is a natural teeth whitener.
- Cheese selections: Jim DeCapite and his professional staff enjoy healthy cheese snacks. Offering a loved one a selection of tasty cheese is a great way to show love in a way that promotes good dental health. Cheese is high in calcium, which helps teeth stay strong!
- Fun and healthy Valentine’s bag: Fill a bag with treats that are good for kids and adults alike and that they will enjoy more than chocolate! Include packs of sugarless gum, age-appropriate toys and books, and a special note to let them know much they are loved!
